On our radar is Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. A cult-favourite for the savvy shopper, it is available to purchase from Nature’s Farm (located near Woolworths).

With its wide range of uses, we compiled a list of our favourite ways to use Apple Cider Vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, these unblock your pores and help keep acne at bay. It also assists with tightening your skin and can be used as a natural toner. What more could a gal ask for?

Let your hair shine with ACV! After using your shampoo, mix 1 part vinegar and 1 part water then rinse it through your hair. If you suffer from dandruff, spritz your scalp with equal parts ACV and water which releases malic acid and assists with dandruff removal.

Itchy Skin
Have an itch? ACV is an effective and safe topical treatment for itchy skin thanks to its anti-fungal and antiseptic properties. If your skin is sensitive, the vinegar can be diluted with water prior to application.

Goodbye Bad Breath
No one wants bad breath, ever. Destroy germs which cause unpleasant breath by gargling equal parts vinegar and water.

Household Cleaner
ACV can be used throughout the home. Create your own all purpose cleaner by diluting half a cup of vinegar with one cup water. You can also make your own odor neutraliser by pouring the ACV into a spray bottle and spritzing around the home. Lastly, rinse your plates off with ACV to remove unwanted bacteria.
