The Centre Management Team can assist you with gift voucher purchases and free wheelchair hire.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available from the Centre Management Office and are redeemable at all stores within the retail centre. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are presented in a gift envelope.
Wheelchair Hire
Free wheelchair hire is available from the Centre Management Office.
For your convenience, bookings can be made by calling the Centre Management Office on 9498 5577 or via email reception@cockburngateway.com.au. You will receive a reply email (within 24hours) by way of confirmation.
Parenting Room
The parenting room is located near the Centre Management Office and is available for parents use. This 5 star rated room has nursing facilities, toilets for parents and a child size toilet, lounge, baby change facilities and a sink. Bottle warming facilities are available in the Centre Management Office.
Parents with Prams parking bays are located at all entrances.
Cab Spot (Taxi Rank)
For your convenience, two Cab Spot taxi ranks are located at Cockburn Gateway Shopping City. These ranks are located outside Subway and Australia Post.
Lost/Found Property
A lost and found register is maintained in the Centre Management Office. If you find something within the centre, please deliver to the Centre Management Office or alternatively if you have lost an item, please contact the office with a description of your lost item.
Justice of the Peace
A Commission for Declarations service is available at Australia Post or Gateways Night & Day Pharmacy.
