Redevelopment Updates

We are delighted to announce that one of Australia's fastest growing electrical retailers will be joining Cockburn Gateway Shopping City in August. JB Hi-Fi will bring a whole new range to the Centre. Their Store will be so big that our Centre Management Office has been relocated to a new building located near Westpac and the ANZ.

The latest renovations in the IGA Mall are nearing completion, and we welcome HBF, Spendless Shoes and Jim Kidd Sports to the mall. Oven Delights and OPSM will re-open with a great new look. 

Cockburn Gateway Shopping City has completed stage 2 redevelopment works, the centre launched on  Thursday 4th October 2007. The $77 million redevelopment including a Big W Discount Department Store, Best & less, Food Court and approximately 105 Specialty Stores taking Cockburn Gateway Shopping City to 29,900sqm.
